The application periods to apply for State Individual Assistance, FEMA Individual Assistance, Small Business Administration Loans, and Disaster Unemployment Assistance have been extended to April 3, 2026. Read important details below. 

Eligible survivors may receive assistance with disaster-related needs such as subsistence equipment, snowmachines, stove oil, all-terrain vehicles, rental expenses, home repairs, vehicle damage, medical expenses, moving and storage, and reimbursement for temporary housing.

If you have been impacted by Typhoon Halong, it is crucial that you register for both state and federal individual assistance programs and other forms of assistance.

  • Applying to multiple assistance programs increases your chances of receiving the full support your family needs.
  • Each program provides different types of support, and no single program covers every kind of loss — this is why it's important to apply for more than one.
  • Instructions and deadlines are listed below. You can apply online or over the phone.
  • If you need help with your applications, call the the number listed for each application. 

Beware of Fraud!

The Maniilaq Association Alaska Flooding Disaster Relief Payment Program
The deadline to apply for this one-time disaster relief assistance through the Maniilaq Association Maniilaq Association in partnership with the Alaska Community Foundation was December 19, 2025.
